If we can cut down on the turnovers the sky is the limit with this team. Remember all those games we “should” have won last season? This season we are turning potential defeats into victory, not the other way around. However we won’t be considered a real threat for the superbowl until we start well and have games under control early, and not rely on late TD drives and defensive stands in the last 2minutes.

The “Dream Team” should only be used in context of the Michael Jordan USA Basketball Team. Okay…maybe it can be used if the Eagles win the Super Bowl this year. With the start that we had, 1-4, I think everyone would call them the Dream Team if we get a Championship because it would be one for the ages to remember.

Tommy’s points seemed salient and balanced, whereas the hosts felt uber-nervous to me…kind of like that cop who’s like a shift aware from retirement…calm down fellas, they’ll be ups and downs during a game…we’re good ;)

Yes, the Eagles won their 2nd game of the year, but it was against a backup QB (at best) and a back-up running back. The only two wins we have are against back up RBs (Cadillac Williams and Ryan Torain). I was glad to see that the wide 9 defense was not as wide this past Sunday giving the linebackers a chance to make the tackle. Vick’s health and the Birds D are 2 big question marks in the remainder of the year. If they can beat Dallas next week we are right back in the divisional hunt.

I’ll tell ya, it’s *tough* listening to this after that Giants “game”. To relive all the talkin that the midgets did, and then they made it all happen – makes me wanna puke.

This g’nts D made Rex Grossman look like Joe Montana – I guess Vick is no Rex Grossman….
