Onion Sports post on Eagles, Fans

This is hysterical. I know Eric and I are big Onion fans, and the references and writing is awesome in this article. It’s worth the read, definitely. Enjoy!

For those of you not familiar with The Onion, it’s a satirical and completely fake news organization, um, on steroids. Think Barry Bonds… good, juiced and obnoxious as hell.

Lito Sheppard has sprained MCL

According to ESPN.com, Cornerback Lito Sheppard will miss at least one game with a sprained MCL.

At least we’re in a “light” part of the schedule for him to be out… but we thought that against the Packers, right?

We’ve got a lot to talk about tomorrow night on the next podcast. Send us an email to fans [at] eaglesfancast [dot] net if you want us to discuss any topics in advance.

Hang in there Eagles fans, we’re still a good team, and let’s do it up right against the Redskins in The Linc on Monday Night!!
