EaglesFanCast 99 – Nothing To Worry About
The Chicago Bears beat the Philadelphia Eagles at Soldier Field on a day where the Eagles Offense, Defense, Special Teams and coaching all come up short for the team. Despite that, and the NFC loss, we don’t see this as a tragic loss on the season, and see plenty of opportunity for the Eagles to make the December playoff run. Playoffs? Yes, this team that, three months ago, we saw as a rebuilding and .500 team is now poised to make a run at not only the playoffs, but also winning the NFC East. This could be a great December for the midnight green and silver, and we are not going to let this loss bring us down too much.
What we discussed:
- Eagles lost to the Chicago Bears as they did not play well on all sides of the ball
- Coach Andy Reid gave the team a very angry lashing after the game… well deserved
- The Houston Texans come to Philly on Thursday night, and we see a big win
- Email from Barry in New Jersey about how the Bears Defense is one of the only built to cover the Eagles this year
- The Eagles red zone issues are a concern, but we hope this is fixed quickly
- We are looking forward to a great December of Eagles football
- EFC Fantasy football weekly roundup

Added on December 1st, 2010 at 3:17 pmHey guys great website! That was a tough game vs. the bears. Their defense, field conditions and especially there fans were all working against us. I don’t know if it was just me but their fans seemed REAL rowdy. I am also kind of glad that Mike Vick threw a pick and lost a game, that way his perfectness won’t loom over his head for the rest of the season. Hopefully they will bounce back on Thursday vs. the Texans. And then Andy Reid gets a week and half to prepare for the Cowboys! That’s money. Anyways I wanted to show you this link of a song that is pretty well put together about the eagles this year, hope you like it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRYS4xj8GEc
