If you look at the Eagles's last 3 seasons (excluding when Garcia pumped some life into a bland offense) they have been a consistently mediocre team. I am by no means blaming McNabb, but the fact remains the eagles have been an underperforming team for the past 3-4 years or so. Personally I think part of the reason is because they give too much credit to guys like Reggie Brown and LJ Smith. IMO, the NFC east is too tight for this season to end well. I think they need to yet again learn from a flop season and figure out a way to get more talent on the offensive side of the ball.
