Samuel Deal Complete with Eagles

According to a post over at Inside the Iggles, Samuel has signed a long-term deal with the Eagles. We’ll know more soon, as there’s a press conference at 4:30pm Eastern. Definitely a good, aggressive start to free agency! Here we go!

UPDATE:

It’s official!  The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that Samuel is now an Eagle.  He signed a six-year deal.

So, uhhhh, when will his jersey be on sale?

    It really is a a great start to free agency. I think the Eagles are not playing around this year.

    Agreed – this was definitely a great start. Chris Clemens is coming in today and it is being reported that it is a done deal, pending a passed physical. What will really be interesting now is what they decide to do with Lito.
